 Orders for international holidays will be delayed until the first business day.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

3.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

 Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipment once the product is on its way, but you can cancel an order and reorder with accurate details within 60 minutes.

 Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may require you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in logistic.

 There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses, and returned due to unavailability.



We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)

 For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
