Very satisfied with this product. Sound is so good. I use it 8 hours a day for work and I don't get headache. Lightweight.

I really like the one side earphone, and the headset wasn't too tight after first use. Connected to my Dell laptop and iPhone 13 easily. The only things I disliked were how muffled the volume gets when too loud but obviously this can be handled. Good product and hope it lasts at least a few years!

I use this Bluetooth headset with the USB feature on my laptop for work where I am on the phone eight hours a day on zoom calls or phone calls with customers and it is an amazing quality. Haven’t had any sound problems at all. Haven’t had any battery issues, and it has a great noise canceling production, so when I’m on the phone, coworkers and customers cannot hear dogs barking outside or any other loud noises, including the music, I have quietly playing at my desk.

Had the headset for little over a month (bought 10/7) and at first it worked great with no issues. Now there is a noticeable echo and no one can hear me when talking. I work from home and every call over the last week they have complained of a echo and unable to hear me like I am on speaker phone. My mute button also does not work now as well since the echoing has started.

The company personally reached out and sent a new headset. Still noticed with calls the echoing and the new one had the mute button not working as well, emailed the company back and worked out other alternatives. As far as caring for their customers and actually reaching out to resolve issues is the reason why I give this 5 stars because anywhere else they would just ignore it.
