Iāve used this headset for call center work and I like the ease of use and that it connects to more than one device by Bluetooth, or to a laptop via USB dongle. It works well for work.
The only thing I miss from my wired headset is being able to hear my own voice through the speakers, which is helpful to know if the mic is working properly and overall makes speaking over headphones feel more natural.
This headset works perfectly for my work-from-home job. One side of the headset stopped putting out volume a few months after purchase and the company did not hesitate to get a replacement out to me.

Sometimes caller report my connection not good but I can hear great. The mute will show on but clients can hear you. Other than that okay set!
