I’ve been using the Vonztec Champagne Gold Bluetooth Headset (BT786C-BJ-QCC) for just over a year now and I remain thoroughly impressed by its performance. Firstly, I have to say the battery life is outstanding – I can easily get through several long workdays with extended music sessions without needing to recharge. Even after heavy use, it holds power really well. The recharging dock is compact, convenient, and charges the headset surprisingly quickly. A quick ten-minute charging session on the dock gives me several hours of use which is great when I have inadvertently let the battery run down and need to make an urgent call. And being able to connect to my laptop and my phone at the same time means I can switch between Teams and Zoom calls on my computer and WhatsApp calls on my mobile seamlessly.

In terms of sound quality, both music and calls come through really clearly. The noise cancellation works effectively, especially during calls, helping to reduce background noise so conversations stay clear. I also appreciate how comfortable the headset is – the design sits comfortably over long periods without causing pressure or discomfort. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy and well-made.

The light beige colour scheme is a really nice touch. It looks stylish and modern, and I’ve had several colleagues comment on how cool it looks while I’m using it. The build quality feels solid, much better than I’d expected at this price point.

One of the standout features for me is the Bluetooth connection. The pairing is fast and reliable, and once connected, the signal never drops. I can move around my office or house and even go outside into the garden without losing connection – the range is excellent, much better than previous headsets I’ve owned.

Overall, I would say this Vonztec headset represents great value for money. It combines excellent performance, comfort, and an attractive design at a very reasonable price. I’ve used this headset for call center work and I like the ease of use and that it connects to more than one device by Bluetooth, or to a laptop via USB dongle. It works well for work.

The only thing I miss from my wired headset is being able to hear my own voice through the speakers, which is helpful to know if the mic is working properly and overall makes speaking over headphones feel more natural.
