If the headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines
Can I mute the microphone if I am not on a call?
Our wireless headset only support muting during a call. It doesn't support muting if you are not on a call.

Headset is nice value.
I purchased this headset so Iām not literally chained to my desk. It pairs perfectly, comes with a dongle. Crystal clear calls, mute button with red light, and most importantly you can walk around!!!! Battery lasts about 2 eight hour shifts, just stick it on cradle to charge!
It was hard to find a good product that had a handy mute feature on the headset and actually worked as described. So far so good working with good sound quality. If anything changes Iāll update.
