Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?
If the headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines

Our wireless headset only support muting during a call. It doesn't support muting if you are not on a call.

Not sure if it was stated in the product description or the video, I was almost going to return the product but was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED to see the RED led glowing when I put the call on MUTE. It is a great feature that most of us make use of it, everytime we are on call. Like it......
I am very impressed with my new headset. Excellent quality material and workmanship. I brought this to work from home to use on our computerized phone system (The phone is in the computer). The sound is loud, crisp and clear. My clients said they could not hear the loud live music from the restaurant near my apartment. This headset eliminates background noises so well that I had to give this review a high five rating. It's comfortable on my head and ears; however, after wearing it for 16 hours it can be a bit tight. The ear piece is rotatable, and I can gently move it away from my ears to relieve pressure. I can hear the caller loud and clear and they can hear me clearly with no issues. I've tried other headsets that failed miserably, but this one is the bestest ever! The white and gold looks classy and matches the decor of my work desk. I recommended this headset to my co-workers and they loved it. It's super easy to set up this Bluetooth headset if you follow the instructions carefully. I highly recommend this product. This is 100x better than the Jabra headset in our office. I work 16 hr shifts so I make sure to recharge it at the end of my shift so that it can be fully charged for my next 16 hr shift. A full charge will last for about 28 hours. I love my new headset ❤️❤️❤️ I brought a super cool white headset stand to match it. I shared my home office photos on Microsoft Teams, and one of the managers said that it looks like a CEO's office, lol.
Very happy with this purchase. The headset is very comfortable to wear because of the soft leather material. They don’t fully cover your ear, so you won’t get hot. The microphone is clear enough for me to communicate with my clients. The most exciting part is the color, which is kinda white gold. Great color match.

I was looking for a Bluetooth headset on Amazon to satisfy my working needs and I found this little beauty on the searching bar. It is absolutely surprised me. The headset has a very beautiful colour ‘White Gold’ which is stylish and good looking.
