Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work with the Yealink phone system at my wife's work si I guess it will just sit in the box and collect dust. What a waste of money. I will have to find some other brand to Tru to see if their headset will work.

I was surprised how weel it worked in spite of being inexpensive.

I got this item because we had recently installed phone software on the laptops at work and I did not want to use a full headset or earphones. The ease of getting it to work was unexpected with the way our laptops are locked down when it comes to adding things. However, I only had to plug in the dongle and it worked. I have used it with multiple meeting software products and the phone software on my laptop.

I needed a headset that I could use for work since I sometimes have to get up and move around, and it's easier if I can keep my headset on. So far I have not had any issues and my callers have not complained at all. The headset is comfortable and very easy to set up. If you're looking for a good wireless headset this one is affordable and works great.
