Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?
If the headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines
 Can I mute the microphone if I am not on a call?
Our wireless headset only support muting during a call. It doesn't support muting if you are not on a call.

Tried to recharge it and it blinked as if it was charging, but still never turned on again. Emailed the customer service team & they instructed to let it die then recharge- problem is that I can't even get it to turn on to let the battery run lol.
After 3 month of not being charged or messed with my headset finally turned on again!
Bought my headset on 7/17/24 by 9/12/24 they wonât turn on anymore.
Contacted Vonztek support on 9/13/24 told them the headset will charge but wonât turn on they responded & said âyou can let the battery run out and then try to recharge it again, this is equivalent to resetâ
I let it sit in the on position for 3 days recharged and still wonât turn on so I responded on 9/17/24 & got no response back waited until 9/24/24 still no response, tried again on 9/26/24 & still havenât gotten a response. My headset has been sitting in the on position since the 26th and I tried to charge them in the off position and then turn them on & still nothing.
Still no response to my support request either
I got these as a replacement for the standard headset supplied by my job. The ear cups are extremely soft and the noise cancellation ensures that no background noise interferes with my meetings. They connect to a dedicated USB dongle, so connection issues are non-existent. Volume controls are excellent and the microphone easily disappears when I'm using these as regular headphones. These have a great bass sound, though they aren't studio caliber. But I don't think these are made for that anyway. Solid work headphones.
I have an expensive headset that I received from my previous employer that I have been really fond of, aside from the fact that it is wired. While it is a great headset, I don't enjoy feeling trapped to my work area, and taking the headset off means I cannot hear notifications from my system.

I have the freedom to move around and complete my work from around my house if needed and take care of side tasks while still being tuned in to what my is occurring on my desktop.
The charging stand is wonderful as I do not have to worry about remembering to charge, and the input and output audio qualities are comparable to my higher end headset. Overall, I find this set to be comfortable and affordable. A great addition to my workspace.
