Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?
If the headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines
Can I mute the microphone if I am not on a call?

This was easy to set up and use. The style is very simple and thats one of the things I love about it. I also love that it can be charged while on the doc in between calls. I am not confined to my desk while I take calls and can move around. The sound is very clear, and the noise cancelation is just a plus! Would recommend all around.
