Brown Bluetooth Headset with Microphone, USB Dongle & Charging Base BT882CD-QCC-D (Qualcomm 3024 Chip)

Bought my headset on 7/17/24 by 9/12/24 they won’t turn on anymore.

Contacted Vonztek support on 9/13/24 told them the headset will charge but won’t turn on they responded & said “you can let the battery run out and then try to recharge it again, this is equivalent to reset”

I let it sit in the on position for 3 days recharged and still won’t turn on so I responded on 9/17/24 & got no response back waited until 9/24/24 still no response, tried again on 9/26/24 & still haven’t gotten a response. My headset has been sitting in the on position since the 26th and I tried to charge them in the off position and then turn them on & still nothing.

Still no response to my support request either

I got these as a replacement for the standard headset supplied by my job. The ear cups are extremely soft and the noise cancellation ensures that no background noise interferes with my meetings. They connect to a dedicated USB dongle, so connection issues are non-existent. Volume controls are excellent and the microphone easily disappears when I'm using these as regular headphones. These have a great bass sound, though they aren't studio caliber. But I don't think these are made for that anyway. Solid work headphones.

I have an expensive headset that I received from my previous employer that I have been really fond of, aside from the fact that it is wired. While it is a great headset, I don't enjoy feeling trapped to my work area, and taking the headset off means I cannot hear notifications from my system.

I have the freedom to move around and complete my work from around my house if needed and take care of side tasks while still being tuned in to what my is occurring on my desktop.

The charging stand is wonderful as I do not have to worry about remembering to charge, and the input and output audio qualities are comparable to my higher end headset. Overall, I find this set to be comfortable and affordable. A great addition to my workspace.

While my era of online schooling has come and gone, I thought these would be neat to try out.

I was pleasantly surprised at just how easy this was to set up. Plug the USB dongle into your computer and give the headset a little charge, and you're good to go.

These are intended for meetings, but the sound quality is pretty decent too. I wouldn't suggest showing up to the gym wearing these - I imagine you'd get some weird looks - but a little music enjoyment while you're between calls couldn't hurt.

That being said, they're not my favorite to wear for extended periods of time. The headphones I use the most are a pair of Beats Studio 3, and I much prefer those.

Now, those are in a whole separate category from these, so they can't necessarily be directly compared - it's just not my preference.

Headset is comfortable on ears, head and hair --not getting caught. Sound quality is great. I had a bit of trouble with pairing initially, but that was due to my user error and not holding the button in position until the red blue color flash. Once I did paired quickly with iPhone. Easy laptop connectivity. I work from home and these headphones have been a big improvement for me. Recommend. The instruction booklet print is too small -- only complaint.
